Collecting info from Colleagues & Clients and preparing Tax Invoices
Updating Invoices and receipts with bill-wise details and follow-up statutory forms
Monitoring work of Office Boys relating to Dispatch Invoices, Utility & other payments
Maintain Petty Cash Account and update that vouchers
Maintain Records & Files and basic accounting works |
