Installed and implemented Baan ERP Test environment for testing of various customizations and new procedures before simulating them to Live environment.
Co-ordinations with key users & users for process improvement/ customization/ enhancement and effective implementation of various ERP modules, in line with business needs of the organization I.e. Mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into application logic.
MIS reports/ Documents preparation/Customization in Baan tools for enabling management to take timely actions which includes, understanding of requirement, design technical document for requirement, Programming and Customization in Baan Tools 4GL, 3GL. In INFOR BAAN ERP LN 6.1 FP0, test the change and deliver to users and to get feedback from user for necessary improvements etc.
Techno-Functional support to users in all functional domains (including remote support for branches) which includes understanding the problem, debugging for any wrong entry done and finalized by user and its impact on process, removal of wrong entry using super user rights and GTM (General table Maintenance). In Some cases to log a case & coordination with INFOR (Hyderabad) for debugging bugs found in the ERP and installation of New Solutions, Localization Patches Installations as recommended by INFOR

Cognos (Business Intelligence Tool):
Administration Including: Installation, Backup, User / Role Management, Access Manager Configuration, Cognos Configuration.
Understanding the requirements of MIS for Top Management and Developing Analysis/ Reports using Framework Manager, Report Studio, Analysis Studio and Event Studio in Cognos.
