Ayilur is a Business Excellence Consultant and Corporate Trainer with vast industry experience. He has been working on ISO9000 framework from the day it was introduced. He has established process frameworks for many organisations based on ISO9001, ISO20000, ISO27001, CMMi v1.2, ITIL v3, COBIT 4.1, TL9000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO13485 etc and has worked extensively on performance monitoring and improvement tools/methodologies like Balanced Scorecard and Six Sigma. He holds certifications on almost all of these. He is involved in the implementation and audit of these standards for many organisations in India and abroad. While on rolls, he has played key roles in quality in BPL Group, Philips Software, Cerner Corporation establishing systems and mentoring quality personnel across the globe. He has delivered trainings, auditing and consulting services to organizations globally which include HCL, BPCL, Emarat Group, TNT, CSC, Airtel, Tata Teleservices, Timken and Reliance to name a few.
