| Description : Currently I am working in Chemical Company, wherein I create the “Annual Company Budget” for which I need to work with 13 different operational units across Pidilite. My reports help provide management a vision of expected expenses over the year. I also provide monthly tracking of key expenditures by highlighting and monitoring all exceptions against the annual forecast. I also create the Monthly Profit Forecast Bulletin for Pidilite. I maintain MIS of Peer Company. Currently I am also looking after MCNR trend of our International Branches. |
