ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR ENROLLMENT IN MERCHANT NAVY
AGE : 16 to28 years
QUALIFICATION : Minimum 12th Pass
Siroi Maritime Academy provides Pre-Sea Deck-Cadet Training from all over India. The Training period is of 6 months. To join the training a student has to give an entrance test and a medical test, followed by an interview. After passing the three stages, the student is eligible for the training of Merchant Navy. The Academy claims to give each n every student placement in foreign shipping within these six months. After the admission he has to pay fees 1,10,000 in form of a DD .He has to live for four months in Academy. The fees includes lodging facility in a very peaceful and spacious environment ; dress material; food material; swimming traning; spoken English classes; personality development classes; ship visits and so on.

The Managing Director of Siroi Ship Management is Mr. Digambar Singh Bhandari, who has been a 2nd officer in Merchant navy four eight years. During his span in shipping he visited 28 country and made a brilliant plan and started working seriously on opening an honest marine academy. Consequently he got interesting offers by many great and well established companies and he planned to open a merchant navy academy in Madhya Pradesh.
